We need an illustrator to design children's character cards

Design details: We are looking for a creative person to design a set of cards that will be used to demonstrate swimming practices to young children. The designs need to be simple enough for children as young as 2 to recognise what they mean.

The design needs to incorporate a character which we would need also designing for each of the themes. There are 5 overall themes and which will need 10 designs creating per theme.

We don't have a budget so please quote competitively and looking to start straight away.
