We need a designer for a Facebook share image - v. quick turnaround needed

I work at 38 Degrees, a UK based campaign group with over 1.3 million members. We're looking for someone to design a share image for our Facebook page for a campaign related to climate change. We have a guideline for the concept but need someone to execute it.

Turnaround needs to be very quick - by 4 o'clock this afternoon. With a view to that, the image needs to be simple but with professional production qualities. The fee is negotiable.
