Watercolours sketches from Sketchup Files

I have 20 sketchup files of furniture arragnements that I would like drawn into a water colour style with some additional props such as people & plants.
I have attached an example showing a sketchup file (I will provide the proper skp files) and then the final watercolour that we would like them to look like.
As a start, I would like to trial with just one so we can make sure the look is right, before we complete the next 19. (Pricing below is for the overall project)
