Vinyl Banner design for exterioir use to promote weddings at country house hotel

I\'m looking for someone to do the artwork on a vinyl banner for me.
The banner will be 3.2m long and 1m deep and will be used on the exterioir of a popular country house hotel in Somerset to promote weddings.

Promotional items have already been designed for the company to promte weddings so there is some reference material ready to use for the design of this although we can deviate slightly if it would add to the design of this item.

I would be looking to have the banner printed week commencing Mon 24th Jan so the work would need to be completed and proofed by the customer before then.
