Villa Architecture - coloring plans in a minamilist way

I have a modern villa project which contains 2 options - which needs to be presented via photoshop from CAD with a clean minimalist approach.

I have a total of 7-floor plans (total of the 2 options)

Mainly the Deck and landscape will need to be nicely colored in roof attic + ground floors, other than that simply attention towards how to make the shades to walls and furniture giving it a nice minimalist approach.

the timeframe is short as it will be needed this coming Tuesday at 3:00 pm GMT - 21st of May
