Vector Illustration / Redraw of Coin (Reposting)

We need an Adobe illustrator specialist who can create a vector illustration of a coin. This should be a detailed, layered file that will allow us to hand it over to die-makers to create multi-levelled embossing (ie 3D). The attached Seaman illustration is an example of a the style / approach that we need.

The attached images show the coin for reference.

As this illustration will be embossed, there should be no outlines of key lines, everything should be achieved through shape. Accuracy is also paramount - even random elements such as the markings on outer panel with type should be redrawn as accurately as possible.
