I hope you are well! I am looking to get two jobs completed.

Job #1. I need an creative drawing of a cat dressed up like General Mao. I need it to be a vector smaller than 5mb and have no more than three colors associated with it. Below is an attachment of two photos I think could be used for inspiration for the vector. I want it to be be funny but clear that it is a cat representing general Mao. Think dumb funny. It's going on a shirt so think of something wearable and eye catching for the design. Like cat in a suit with a dumb look on its face... for example.

Job #2. I need a vector graphic design of the phrase "When in Doubt Twerk it Out" Font choice is up to you but it needs to be very readable and I am hoping to convey the concept of twerking somehow with the letters. For example maybe the "w" in the word twerk can be butt cheeks?
