Urgent requirement - Graphics design for application

We need a number of graphics producing to insert into an application. These include icons, splash screens, backgrounds. There are around 14 images that will need to be supplied as PNG images. (see specs below)

We also require a number of product images adapting. Images in PSD already exist but will need a new layer adding with our product images. (Approximately 20 products)

We already have company branding and will also provide the main product logo.

Please bid with best price and lead time with examples of previous work.

Icons:
Icons are required for both Mac and PC platforms.
Please provide these as a single PNG file for each icon type:

Mac:
Disk Icon Size(Pixels): 256 x 256

Website/Email Header:
This graphic is displayed at the top of each automated email generated when orders are placed and is also the main header graphic of the member’s website; please provide the following graphics:

Application Splash Screen:
This graphic is displayed when the application is run. The splash screen is made up of a number of graphics, Buttons and Background; please provide the following graphics:

The background can be provided as a portrait orientation or landscape orientation.

Banner Graphic
The banner graphic should be a png file.
Size(Pixels): 1000 x ‘Any height’ (We recommend the height should be no bigger than 100px as the bigger the banner, the bigger your app screen
