Urgent CD Label And Dvd Case Artwork Required

Design details: I urgently need to create a version of the attached graphics for a new cd and dvd sized case.

I need to reproduce this TODAY so only bid if you can turn this around fast.

I need the following changes to the attached artwork (please note this is ALL the
versions of the artwork I have)

1 - To change the size of the a4 pdf cover i have to a dvd case insert size
(printing sizes are at: http://www.duplicationcentre.co.uk/files/artwork/pdf/DVD_wrap.pdf)
The front should exactly match the hsp .pdf attached.

2 - Spine should be a scaled version of the attached spine ( i also attach fonts to assist with this)

2 - The rear of the cover should be blank and just have the faded green on it.

3 - Create a CD label (sizes at: http://www.duplicationcentre.co.uk/files/artwork/pdf/CD-DVD-BLURAY_diameters.pdf) Needs to from top top bottom have the following:

i) Fully Booked Formula Logo (centred)
ii) Picture of Lucy off to righthandside
iii) Home Study Pack (centred)
iv) Copyright - Fully Booked Formula.com - 2014 (centered)

I need this delivered today by 5pm Uk time or sooner in a 300 dpi print ready format.
