Update work done by prior graphic designer.

For my small website, I had two pages created by a developer. While he may be a good developer, he does not know graphic design and I am not satisfied with his work from a graphich design view. I now seek to have a new graphic work on the pages. You MUST have a DEGREE, not a certificate or diploma, in graphic design and so specify in your response. Without meeting this requirement your proposal will be declined immediately. Years of experience in graphic design does not count.
