Working from a JPG image supplied I will require you to cut out image/remove background and then turn the image into pure black and white using the Threshold adjustment layer in photoshop. You will supply me with the finished illustration as a PSD file. Please see example attached of original image and then the finished illustration. Also here is a link to the photoshop method used:

Initially we will start off with a test illustration. Once we are happy with the outcome we would then be looking at an ongoing workflow. Please provide a cost for 10, 50, 100, 500 and a unit cost for each illustration there after.

Hi Vincent, I am an illustrator and graphic designer and I have experience in photo editing in Photoshop.
The example from the link you provided provides a half bust, so a person and the contour is more complicated than other shapes, but it's not a problem! I would like to know if the subjects will be human beings in order to establish how much time I will have to dedicate to each photo retouching and therefore to be able to send you a correct quote. Thank you -
