Seeking an experienced architectural designer to convert PDF drawings into a fully amended, coherent set of planning application drawings for submission in the UK. Project: existing house with rear extension to be reconfigured into seven apartments with wholly revised internal layouts. Deliverables: accurately redrawn plans, elevations, sections, roof plan and accommodation schedules, dimensioning, room labelling and compliance with UK planning presentation standards. Attention to detail, clarity and timely delivery required.

    Hi Darren, can you provide any of the following info:
    Outstanding information required before I can submit a bid
    Full existing drawing set — plans, elevations, sections and roof plan.
    Measured survey / dimensioned existing drawings — including all relevant building and site dimensions.
    Proposed seven-apartment layouts — or a clear brief showing the required layout of each apartment.
    Apartment accommodation requirements — number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living/kitchen areas and any other required accommodation for each unit.
    Proposed external alterations — confirmation of any changes to elevations, windows/doors, roof, extension or external appearance.
    Site/location information — site/block plan and site boundary information, if not already included in the full drawing set.
    Previous planning information — any previous planning application drawings, decision notices or planning references relating to the property.
    Planning constraints/requirements — any requirements or advice already received from the local planning authority.
    Scope confirmation — whether the expectation is to redraw an already-designed seven-apartment scheme, or whether the appointment includes designing/developing the seven apartment layouts.
    Submission responsibility — confirmation of whether I am being asked to provide the drawings only, or also to prepare/coordinate the wider planning application submission.
