Tree design required

I need 10-12 trees - they are need to be all the same tree design.
Each tree will need to have between 5-8 branches.
Each branch will have words written next to them (image shows the words in the branch, I need them to be just above the branch as shown in the other attachment).
Need this completed in a day. I do have the psd file, to alter the tree if need be e.g. add more branches or remove brnaches.
Need to be completed ASAP - one day - Start Sunday and finish Sunday.
