Traditional sweet shop design

We run a online confectionery wholesale business and need a new layout designed. The layout is to look like a traditional victorian sweet shop similar to the mock up attched. We require the finished projuct in a psd file so we can modify the design later if neccisary.

The layout should be 1000 pixels wide by 1000 pixels high and should resemble a brick wall with shop window in the center which we will code the ecommerce shop into. The shop front should look like an old victorian sweet shop with footpath running along the bottom .
