'The letter NEW YORK Image design on the tote bag & pouch bag

I am looking for a designer to create images for tote and pouch bags. These products are going to sell to tourists visiting New York. The image you drew will be printed on the tote bag and pouch bag.
The theme is the words "NEW YORK". You can use the Statue of Liberty's head crown and torches together if you wish. Only in black.
The tote bag is canvas and the color is oatmeal, or pale beige. I want about 30-40% of the tote to be drawn as a black image.
The pouch bag is also like dark ivory color or light beige. I want to be about 20% filled with black images. The pouch bag is available in three sizes. Once the image is created, we will do the resizing.
On the Tote bag and pouch, our company name “HEBE & HERCULES LLC, USA “ & logo will be printed very small on the bottom of the tote bag and pouch bag.
An espresso cup is also attached for your reference. I also need a “NEW YORK” lettering design for this espresso cup but once I see the tote bag and pouch design and if it fits for our company than I can give you the cup design later. It will be the same espresso cup. ( design will be on the cup only not saucer )

*The files are from China. It may come out that there is a virus. Several designers have all opened well. One designer told me that comoputer said that the file had a virus so she did not open it. You decide whether to open the file or not. thanks
