Table and diagrams formatted

I am writing a book and I have a number of tables within the book as well as a small number of diagrams. What I would like done is all the tables formatted so they have a similar look and feel. The diagrams need to be converted to black and white and tied in to look similar to the tables. The tables must be done in Microsoft word so they can be amended by myself but the diagrams can be any format as long as it is print-ready.

All fonts must be Times New Roman and 12
Could the 2 photos be typed up into a graphic
All diagrams should be black and white
Please minimize shading
Could the highlighted graphic be done so it looks a bit better as my drawing isnt great!
