T-Shirt Designs

Hello,

My name is Shane and I am currently in the early stages of developing a small t-shirt company where I will be selling new t-shirts in limited quantities.

I am looking for individual designers and illustrators that have a keen interest in t-shirt designs.

Now, as I am in the early stages of development there is not a lot of money to go around so I was thinking I either provide a payment per design ($50-$100) or give a small percentage of profits per tee - this could be easily worked out as I will only be producing a small number of tees per design, ie approximately 40 x mens, 40 x womens and possibly 40 x kids depending upon the design. This will hopefully keep the designs and stock fresh, interesting and exciting.

I will also be looking to sell either a poster or canvas for each tee design printed.

Now, I am in no way a designer and I am not qualified in any sort of design programs or such jargon, I merely have a very keen interest in the t-shirt business.
