T-shirt Design

I need an illustration for a T-shirt. It is for a Racing shirt. I am attaching an image for details. The two top pictures in the image are examples of what the illustration needs to look like. The bottom picture of the car is what the car in the illustration needs to look like.

The design is to print on a black T-shirt, so we need as few colors in the design as we can use but still be able to have some detail.

I need something within 48 hours to show to a customer. Is this something you can do for $100.00?
