Superhero illustration poster using vector images of a person

I will provide a photograph of the person, and would like a cartoon style illustration of their face (with different expressions) on different avenger's bodies/poses - e.g. Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, Hawkeye etc.
As a photoshop image which can be printed at high resolution on A3 size

The poster also needs to include a Happy birthday message, and balloons etc.

Please include an estimated timeline for the work.

I am looking to choose someone today, so will consider any proposals sent this afternoon/evening and make payment today.
