Storyboard sketching (not stock illustrations)

We have developed a script for a storyboard (three minutes long with 24 different scenes). We need the supporting illustrations for the storyboard. These illustrations need to be culturally correct for Saudi Arabia, in terms of the way the people in the illustrations are dressed, their skin tones and facial expressions. I am sharing samples of the quality of work we would like to see for each shot.

The project must be delivered without any delays by the 8th of June.
