Small farm scene cartoon/vector style illustration

I'm looking for a graphic designer/illustrator to create a small vector style farm/country scene. The scene will feature a house and tree in the background of an open green field and three chickens in the foreground, with fences and treeline to the sides. It should be in a style similar to the attached example. The scene will be printed on 110 x 62mm label, so should be exported to PDF at this size.

I can provide some rough sketches of placement of the elements as soon as we kick off the project
