Set of characters needed doing movements

Hi,

I need a set of cartoon / character drawings (male construction worker, ie hard hat and hi-viz vest), there will be 16 and they each need to show a different hand signal / movement.

It will be the same man in each, just 16 different arm poses representing hand signals/movements.

I will also need a female version of each once male approved.

I would envisage one character then once approved, the rest are made.

I have mocks of each of the movements to send for clarity.

I will need to see samples of similar work with your proposal to consider.

Please see attached for reference but we do not want stock graphics.

If this is something you can help with, starting today and completing this week, please let me know cost and timeframe. Will need all supplied as vector, jpg and png.
