Seeking webmaster/graphic designer for ongoing small projects

Ever since testing at understanding the social network, I've been a jack of all trades and master of none at everything from graphics – animation and videos, creating wed sites and posting to the web. I don't have the time nor the skills to devote to an in depth learning process acquiring professional skills of the different programs and rather seeking to develop the context to publish on the Internet. I am looking for someone competent in the filed to build up a team to start off and take over the concept - Here are some rough requirements for the position:
- The site and its administration are pretty simple; you should be comfortable with editing HTML, CSS, the Unix command line, Movable Type, SFTP, and such.
- You should possess a design sense. Your immediate task will be to flesh out the page for books about metaphysics, so you'll need to figure out how to fit the required content into a clean well-presented readable layout. From testing the net There's a lot of heavy Photoshop or Illustrator work required...this is a redesign-the-site projects.
- On-going maintenance, text updates, new article additions, dealing with very infrequent site outages, etc. You know, good old fashioned webmastering. Your commitment has to be scheduled for a ballpark development, maintenance, and advisory body in each of the required specialized fields.
