Romantic comedy book cover illustration & design

I need an illustration for a book cover, or the full cover design including typography, but I will settle for the illustration only. The book is a romantic comedy, about a young American woman who teaches English online. She falls in love with her handsome student from Italy, who is the heir to an olive oil business.

I am looking for a humorous, adult style of illustration along the lines of "The Love Hypothesis", which vector but with a hand-drawn look. It should be full of personality, have a pleasing colour pallette, and be easily readable in a small thumbnail, as one would see on Amazon. Please note that I am NOT looking for the common chick-lit cover style with stiff, flat characters who lack facial features.

The idea I have for the cover (which matches a scene in the book), shows the two characters drinking wine together online. She is at her living room table, he is on the laptop screen. They touch glasses. In the corner, her pet hamster chews on the computer cable. Somehow the image must show that she is teaching English (maybe a textbook open in front of her, and/or the chalk board behind her), and not just online dating.

The book title is I ENGLISH U.

I am looking for EITHER the whole book cover design (art and typography) or the illustration only, leaving space for the title and author name. It is for print and e-book, so I need 300 dpi CMYK files.
