Residential Development Watercolour Design - Plot of 8 Houses

I am seeking three designs for a plot of 8 houses that we are selling. I am looking to bring the plots to life by creating a concept. The layout of our site is shared in image 2 - site layout. I will list the image of what I need:

Watercolour design, similar to image 1 - water colour design, using the image 2 - site layout as the guide of location of the properties (all need to be properties, no empty plots - 8 in total).

The properties - we would modern render style, perhaps with some light stone. I can send images of inspiration.

Style of image 3 - site layout idea to be replicated using image 2 - site layout

I would need this via pdf and png.
