Remove the backgrounds of products

Hi there,

I have picture of horse accessories and I want to get done following things:

1) Remove the background and make it white background, in some picture there is stand/people holding the items which needs to be removed as well.

2) We have template of one main color which needed to be applied to other color in each item.

I have attached the complete folder where all the items are categorised and there are notes as well in each folder.
