Recreation of illustration

Thanks for looking at the advert.

I'm looking at recreate 3 of the illustrations in the attached image of the hitchhiking ghosts from the haunted mansion ride at Disney World and Disneyland.

The three I want to recreate from the reference sample are Pheanas Rock, Ezra and Gus and I'd like to add the rest of their bodies too so they're free standing and not in the frames.

The style should be very similar to the style in the reference sample please.
