Recreate our illustration

Hi!

We have created our lovely illustration, but, sadly, it doesn't fit all design guidelines to make it on hat. We don't want to you to change the illustration a lot, just a little bit.. you must ONLY change the hands ( the hand palm and fingers) to something similar, but simplified. You SHOULD'T change the face, leg position etc. We are in hurry as well, we would like someone who could start now!! If extra fee needed, it's okay with us!
Please make sure all illustration lines ( outlines) is at least minimum size thickness.
Design guidelines, you must follow:
Minimum thickness for shapes: 0.05”(inches) 1.3 mm).
Maximum thickness for shapes: 0.5”(inches) or 12.5 mm).
Work only with our template, don't change it.
When i will accept you, I will send AI (illustrator) file!
