Realistic portrait drawing for a tattoo

I am having a tattoo on my arm and shoulder based around the Icarus mythology. I fly Wingsuits and paraglide with my two young sons. The tattoo is three figures flying man made wings (wood and feathers) around the sun.

I have three reference images with the correct body position. I need highly realistic illustrations creating of all three, in black and grey- scale so that the tattoo artist can use them as a reference / template. At the moment the reference images look like cartoons, they need to look much more realistic.

All three images require some changes. For example, different wings on one and the shorts from one copying to the other two. The images need drawing separately and need to be detailed, large and high quality in order to scan and use.
