Re design existing double sided A5 enquiry card

The enquiry card is double sided and needs a little work completed on one side which has the person details and interests on, only one change is needed on this side unless you feel it could be laid out better and more user friendly.
The other side needs a bit more work completed to show off our centre activities and membership benefits which is currently bland and not very eye catching. Would like to get this job competed by the end of January if not sooner.
