PSD to Email HTML conversion

I have a 1 page PSD that needs to be converted to HTML for using in campaignmonitor.com.

Only designers who have done html conversion for emails only need to respond. This is a test job and if you are successful and can demonstrate the skill by doing html that is optimised for email campaigns, regular jobs can be given @ at least 4 PSDs per week.
