Professionalise Logo in Illustrator

Hello,

I would like the document I have attached Logo Professionalise in Illustrator, It is poor but I'm not qualified =)

First and foremost, the Logo is Kobyz. In particular the letter "o" I would like some designs done. It should be a mask and eyes (think Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles). I have no idea on colours but the look I am going for is Graphitti.

I need three things:

1.) The whole logo.
2.) The "o" as an icon for websites.
3.) The Logo with your background ideas.

What would really help me is if you sent me a draft, please don't copy and paste your general advertisement.
