Professional Leaflet Design

I am looking for someone to design a brochure for me, I was thinking along the lines of an A4 brochure, landscape split into 4.

I've attached the information on on document (word).

An idea of a previous leaflet that we had but even better this one should be!

The logo to be used as well

It is aimed at parents of a middle school, it should be bright and exciting but professional.

I will provide some stock photos that may be used if you like.

I am looking for some really nice work on this.
