Produce an advert

I own a fitness company and my next advertising campaign is for Xmas. I need an advert producing to promote a 12 week training programme aimed at women losing lbs and inches in time for the Xmas do. I’ve called it the little black dress programme. The advert will be A1 sign and on a pavement board where passing motorists will have 5-10 seconds to view the advert which is at traffic lights.
