Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
I have 2 images. One of a cartoon whale and one of a water splash that i would like to be photo-shopped ontop of the whale to look like the water is coming from the water spout. These water drops also need to have the colour changed to a multi-colour rainbow effect.

when this is all done i would also like the image to be made into a high definition image that i may resize as small or as large as i want.

    Hi Ryan, ideally this will need to be recreated in illustrator in vector format, which means you be able to use it at what ever size you want without distortion or loss of quality. Can I just check what budget do you have for the work?
