Photoshop Expert

I produce canvas prints from digital photos. I am looking for someone to work with on an ongoing basis who can tidy up some photos eg. remove scratches, dust, creases etc. and who can also manipulate photos eg. put the photos in the style of Andy Warhol or make them look as if they have been sketched or keep a portrait in colour but change the background to black and white etc.
