Photo Editing and a bit of graphic design

I would like to create a photo presentation for a birthday party , to be displayed on an 80" screen, so quality needs to be really good. The part y is an OSCARS themed party, so I want the photos displayed as a movie reel ( see image attached),

Most of the images are copies of original photos which I ve taken on my phone, so theres some glare on them so this is where we need the editing.

I will have about 50 photos in total to go on the reel.

Please let me know if this is something you can do and how much it will cost and how long it will take
