Design details: I have a picture and I need the background to be changed to something very fun. I can suggest some backgrounds but I really need your creativity to tell me what best will suit the image. Also need the photo re-tocuhed. I do not want the quality or the size of the picture impacted in any way.
Note:
- This will be fixed price. I will not spend more than $20 for this.
- I will not negotiate once you accept the job.
