P/T Website/ Graphic designer for a Internet company

Currently require a P/T website/ graphic designer who cal also do some office duties.

Duties include:
sending out e-letters, designing fresh web pages, creating web advertisement and banners and managing company's printed material.
Doing some paper work, office duties, keeping upto date with orders, payments etc. This post is of commercial nature and some creativity and honesty is required. At times you will be required to work alone in the office.
Doing some promotional advertising, maintaining the website etc Optimisaing search engine ranking,

If it seems that the nature of work involved requires full-time person then this option is available if agreed.

Dreamweaver with basic HTML
flash with basic actionscript
FTP knowledge
PHP

copy writing
