Original freehand illustrations required for exhibition banner

Design details: We have a forthcoming exhibition and require original illustrations created of iconic London and local landmarks - 10 in total - in a very simplistic black and white only but not cartoon style, see attached as an example of the style we're looking for. We will provide you with stock images that we would like the illustrations based on (so you have the appropriate angle we're looking for), you to supply the final high resolution images, preferably in vector format, so we can assemble these into our artwork montage and arrange print in-house. All we require is illustration, no need to arrange print or artwork thank you. Please advise on cost for total project, tiem estimate required, whether you are VAT registered and give examples of your illustration style.
Ideas for the visual style: simple, childlike, not cartoon, not heavy detail

Extra notes: We will own the illsutrations outright once paid for and these cannot be used elsewhere, in stock libraries or resold without our express written permission, though you can feature them in your own personal portfolio and we will be happy to discuss giving you photos of the finished exhbition panels in situ as reference of your work.
