Hi - have a small project, want a fabby one off party invite, take a stock photo of Vegas Strip, and personalise it with the info I give , and add effects to look like a real photo -
I have two attachments here , one base photo, I will buy rights to one, and you will adjust to similar to the second, and send me artwork so I can send to printers. That's it- Thanks
