One day a week graphic design

i am looking for a freelance graphic designer who can work a day a week with me. I am the creative director of stripe & stare which is a sustainable fashion and lifestyle brand. We are less than two years old but growing really quick. I need someone to work for one day a week to help with the following:

1. CAD designs
2. Print designs and converting to ai for the factory
3. Newsletter graphics
4. Any other graphics we need help with.

Do you have time and what would be your rate for this?
