WE are looking for someoe to design a brand symbol for Old Street Coffee

We have an idea for the symbol please see attached Lion wearing a Top Hat. This looks great but has too much detail. Perhaps a black and white siloutte of the same, and designed in the same colours as those used in our business Card would be good to see: Black, White, Brown, Gold Leaf, Red

I have been toying with the idea of using just a top hat as our symble.
