Nursery & Classroom Educational Prints – Design Brief

I am looking for an experienced designer to design a cohesive set of children’s educational wall prints (nursery / playroom / classroom) in a clean, minimal pastel style similar to modern Etsy learning prints.

Style:

• Clean, minimal, pastel / soft rainbow palette
• White backgrounds, simple child-friendly icons
• Calm, modern, not cluttered or overwhelming
• Consistent typography and layout across all prints

Content:

• Educational themes such as: alphabet, numbers, shapes, days of the week, months, weather, feelings

Format:

• Print-ready for various sizes
• High-resolution (300 DPI), visually balanced, suitable for framing

Deliverables:

• Editable source files (Canva preferred)
• Print-ready files

Licensing & Usage:

• Original work only (no reused or resold templates)
• All fonts and graphics must be licensed for commercial resale

IMPORTANT – Rights & Ownership:

This project is a work-for-hire. Upon final payment, full copyright ownership and commercial rights of the designs will transfer to me. The designer agrees not to resell, redistribute or reuse the designs in any form.

Please include in your proposal:

- Examples of children’s printable designs
- Confirmation that you agree to the rights transfer
- Tools used (Canva, Illustrator, etc.)

I am ideally looking to build a long-term partnership with a reliable designer. I have multiple upcoming graphic design projects, and this initial project will act as a paid trial with the intention of ongoing work for the right person.
