If nothing else, the last 12 months has given us all time to think and consider our current circumstances. Do I really want to be working 12 hours a day 5/6/7 days every single week? SME's make up 99.9% of all UK businesses, 60% of all private sector jobs (16.6m) and collectively turning over in excess of £2.1 trillion (pre COVID).

Any recovery in the UK is going to come through creating, developing and growing our SME's. By making it possible for our SME's to bring in experienced, senior people who have the expertise, networks and know how we can help them grow faster.

Our XD's will have the ability to create a portfolio career, able to earn 3 days a week what they were earning working 5/6/7...and have the ability to have the impact that so many crave in developing, accelerating and creating value for SME's and entrepreneurs alike.

Target Market:

Primary: On the Company side - Managing Directors and CEO's of SME's AND on the Candidate, XD's side - senior Finance Directors/ Accountants, Marketing Directors/ Consultants, Sales Directors, HR Directors, IT Directors
Secondary: Advisors to SME's (Lawyers/ Accountants/ Local Economic Development Agencies etc) ; Business and Networking Organisations, Groups and Associations

Personality:
Modern, fresh and new...but with a huge amount of experience, expertise and grey hair in it''s foundations. Credible. Weighty...but accessible. Personal. Gamechanging and disrupting but recognisable, professional, elegant, confident and understated.
