I need a new header/banner for my website. It needs to include the existing image (attached) - or at least the main part of it - and the word "Webster"

I'm open to suggestions from people who are better at design than I am, which is almost everyone.
The target market is 50+ year old people, mostly in Europe, who are non-expert but enthusiastic users of computers and the internet.
Banner needs to be 783px wide
