I have the design concept in mind. I need someone to draw a black and white, maybe some shading, concept. I want to take this to my tattoo guy and have him redraw it. I need someone who can really draw. If you have any tattoo experience, that will be helpful. I have attached a sample below. Please feel free to ask questions. There will need to be revisions so factor that in.
