Need an illustration art for my book cover

I am here to search for a creative mind who can help me with my debut book cover. Let me dig deeper, the genre of my book is horror. It's a very dark, gothic and atmospheric kind of tale, so I want that aspect to reflect on my book cover. I have a design in my mind but I don't want to use any stock images for my debut work, as I have seen the same image being used by other authors on their respective book covers. I am attaching the cover which I've designed named 'Sample-cover-design' using a sample image which I took from Shutterstock. I want you to keep the aesthetic and intense look on her eyes same, just change the face of that woman on the cover and spell some magic on it and make it beautiful, dark and arresting. It should look like hand-painted. How it should look? I have pinned a zip file named 'ideas' for reference.
