Need 3000 Icon set to be separated into packs

Industry: Internet/Software
Design details: Currently the Icons for my website, Retinaicon.com has 1350 icons and is being upgraded to 3000. The current freebie set of 120 icons consist of psd only. I want to increase that to 250 & in .ai vector files as well.
Ideas for the visual style: Possible optional grey & color option

Sorry for the miscommunication. The additional 1650 icons are already currently being designed. I should receive them in a week. At that time I would like to hire someone to separate them into packs that I can place on sites for freebies. Currently the free download on my site is limited to psd. All new icons being designed & current icons are already in .ai form, but I just need someone to separate them in packs by category so I can post them on different sites & social media.
