Murder mystery game art (real life people)

My mother's 50th birthday is approaching. She is a big fan of murder mysteries, and I plan to reskin an existing murder mystery dinner party game with character art based on 13 family members. The character roles themselves are already defined (e.g the doctor, the maid, the professor etc). These art assets would also be used to make character cards, and also a new front cover for the game box, to be printed as a stand alone illustration. See the attached pics for examples of the kind of style I'm thinking of.

We have around 3 weeks.

Have used people per hour several times all susseccfully. My preference is to first have a sketch version to check concepts, payed for by part of the cost, and then move on to final asset creation in color if suitable.
